Wow! Thats worse than some things Ive made. It just goes to show that no matter how insanely weirdly you model logging, there is usually a prototype.

Re: Season Greetings to all!
Here is the map. http://www.mediafire.com/?mk3yqjqzzgq There are only a few dependencies and I think all of them are on the DLS. I have a few hints that might be useful to know when using this. -Ignore the red and green arrows. They are usually wrong. Just use the target on the switch stand. -Turn o...

Re: Season Greetings to all!
That reminds me... I made this little thing one day when I was bored and hot. I planned to release it for Christmas and almost forgot. http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e272/mrail/SnowGlobe2.jpg http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e272/mrail/SnowGlobe3.jpg http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e272/mrail/...

Ken I used seperate files for different textures, with a few exceptions where there is a reason to group stuff together. I doubt that much could be done as far as reskinning without remaping some of the parts. The black, for instance, is just done somewhat randomly. I was planing on some accomidatio...

I was not planing on saying anything about it untill I was fairly shure it would get finished. Now it is fairly complete and I brought it up in Rick's post, so here it is again. I plan to make one in 3ft and one in 30in guage. I also may make other variations on it. http://i41.photobucket.com/albums...

Yeah, just 2 or 3 months with gmax, but the amount of 3d modeling in other programs I do is probably bad for my health  . I use autodesk inventor for a class in school, and then at home I tend to end up using sketchup for designing various things in the real world. I guess I ought to start a n...
