I finally got HF2 installed on my main system. I'll have to play with the environment sliders in this build; I think I was getting close to something in the old one. I agree that turning down the ambient has a nice effect.

Yes, it is! It's still a little rough around the edges, but still a good step up from TS12.

Thanks, Norm! Hopefully the bell swing issue gets fixed in a patch soon.
The mogul and tender are now on the DLS. Andrew gave me a bunch of good feedback, and so I've incorporated that into the DLS version.
Now, I need to fix the rest of the moguls....

OK, I *think* this is it for the mogul (as long as I didn't miss anything....) New version posted on the beta page; the tender is now fixed as well. Someday, Dan, I'll need to sit down with Lib's scripts and figure out how to implement them. It appears there are quite a few nice effects in them :) h...

Yeah, it's a bug in TANE (TANE is ignoring the rotation of bogey attachment points). It's fixed in some of the newer test builds, so it *should* be fixed in the next official update.

OK, new version on the beta page. I (finally) got the vertex animation working for the bell rope, and tweaked the texture reflections. lol - no worries. Things have changed a bit, starting with TRS 2006 (you just missed it!) The files are now stored in a database, and aren't directly editable. To edit items already in the game, you'll need to go through the database (Content Manager). From the Trainz splash screen, choose 'Content'...

Hi Norm,

I see that as well, I'll need to get back to those engines and finish them up. I'm down to 75 items showing errors in TANE now.
It would go faster if I didn't feel the need to update / improve each of the models / textures.....

For the 30" cars, use http://carsoncarshops.com/files/ng30.cdp - those should go into TS12 OK. If not, let me know; I'm getting ready to upload them to the DLS :-) They *should* work back as far as TS2009 SP1 by changing the trainz-build to 3.0, but the material I used won't work in Trainz vers...
