Re: Crop Duster's Association

Greetings and Happy New Year ! ! !  Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I'm moving on with the Crop Dusters and have a few comments and a cupola questions. First of all, I am having trouble finding an industry track that can have a "dump" mode that would be useful on thi...

Re: EXTREME TRAINS airs on History Channel on....

Hey Ishie
I watched the Circus Trains you mentioned and there are a lot of things we surely don't know
about how and why stuff happens. A really good show.

Please check your PM's.

Re: Crop Duster's Association

Hey Guys

I know this may be an unneceesary question but, has anyone heard from Ish6 ?? :?:
I have sent a couple of PM's and e-mails but no answer. My guess is that he has
taken some Christmas leave and not told us he was going anywhere (Geeezz, why would he do that?)

Just wonderin'

Crop Duster's Association

Curtis The idea for a release would be such that the "trigger" or "platform" would have to be about 6 to 8 ft above the ground so the plane would not actually be at ground level to let go of the spray. Since we would have a 'producer' platform over at the hangar and a 'receiving'...

Re: Crop Duster's Association

:D OOOooo boy what an idea that has passed through here. Curtis, I would love to see the platform have a generated load of sacks. On the other hand, and boy is this a tangent idea - have some kind of trigger set up on the track area over the field so that once the plane (jenny) gets to that point th...

Crop Duster's Association

Curtis, Since Ishie and myself are working on a crop dusting module, I had a passing thought about using one of your Western platforms. The initial idea is to have a ground level platform that could be used as a pickup point for a passing crop duster and have it load up with sacks of Nitrate, fertil...

My sentiments exactly. Curtis has done some more fine jobs.
I'll have 'em in my line up shortly.

Re: Sound Issues on '04

Whew !! What an ordeal to do that just because of the sound issue. Thankyou and I will attempt this if I cannot get to the root of the original problem. I'm supposing that since you do this yearly that there has been nothing to complain about. This is my first sound issue in nearly 5 years of owners...

Re: Sound Issues on '04

Thankyou Rick for the good info. If I re-format the hard drive, wouldn't that erase all the good stuff that's on there now and give me a clean drive with none of my new installs available ?? Seems like a re-format would clean off all the current information that was not there before now. H...

Sound Issues on '04

8) Greeting Gents ( and all the trainz guys, too. . .) lolol I have run across an issue that has never occured before for me. Somehow, I have lost the sound in Trainz. The entire PC works fine, all the sound cues are okay, the sound card works fine in all the right places but when I open Trainz, gen...

Re: 3DC rolling stock in 3' NG

My God Man, I love it !!! You are definitely in the Shay Domain. And now since you are such the expert with two under your belt, you may as well get ready for some odd-ball requests. I can hear 'em coming if you post them on DLS. I'm gonna suppose that since you are tuned to the 36ng dial,...

Re: Ishie's Creation

Real Fine Ish. Glad to hear you like the idea. Let us first use the PM or E-mail for the first few installments of ideas and perhaps during our commotion we could paste a forum message and pic's to "soothe the savage beast" in us all. I could send you and e-mail with more ideas and technic...

Re: Ishie's Creation

Hi Ishie As luck would have it, you have ignited a small but roaring fire in me that I was working on about a year ago with another narrowgauge buddy (one who frequents this forum quite often). I had the idea of creating a small crop-duster industry, about one block in size and using the hay industr...

Re: My latest 3DC scenery projects for Trainz

Greetings Gents I'm really ashamed of myself for being out of touch for a while. However, I'm not THAT ashamed to stay away. Rick, I love the tank and pumphouse so much that I have placed them alongside my depot as well. Dam nice together and sound real good too. It takes a while to get that loco to...
