I've got a question about the animation on your covered wood rick, and will understand if you don't want to reveal your secrets. How did you do the animation? I'm aware of the usual method of burying the mesh (or dummy) and then having it pop into view on the first frame, but I can't find any hint of yours below the floor. I don't see it go down into the ground or between the posts. It looks like it originates from the floor and disappears back into it. How the heck did you manage that?
Thanks for any responce,
Norm

I used multiple sections vertically that collapse in on themselves - same as the cordwood loads on the flatcars. The vertical sections are short enough to fit inside the floor. I'll post some example GMAX files this evening.

Try either the covered rick GMAX source files or the open rick GMAX source files.

These have also been uploaded to the engine yard downloads page (http://www.carsoncarshops.com/downloads_engine_yard.htm)

Hope that helps!
