WVRR 1950s-era SD9s have been completed, as have my first freight skins. I added more suitable ARN to the 36' flats and the caboose.

Indeed - I'm still looking at making some SP variants, which was my original reason behind asking. That and a baked SD9 is just too good to pass up.
Cole (Montanawestren) was kind enough to do me a WVRR GP-9, so now I've got a decent '50s fleet. It'll grow a little more as I get more road switchers done.

Heh. Being a TF man, I'm spoilt for 0-8-0 skins, since a couple of our members have Simulatortrain's amazing reskin kit. But it's perfectly serviceable, so why not.

As for myself, just back from Oregon again. Got to visit the Portland Saturday market and Seaside for the first time, and return to the Tillamook plant for the first time in forever. Passed some major yards for the P&W, POTB/OCSR, Coos Bay Rail Link, and CO&P roads. Also spent a fair amount of time at Garibaldi looking over the OCSR collection.

Yeah, Simulatortrain's reskins are the bomb but I am not a big fan of weathering so I focused on getting a good clean dark locomotive.

Lol - just got back from San Diego, myself. Not much railroad activity, though....

I imagine you all have already seen these.

SG Small Generic Coach in red and green

I also did a 36NG version some time back in green

It is narrowgauge's TALTAL coach with the logo removed and with passenger attachment points added as well as the queues to support them.

The link n' pin is a bit low since the car was originally designed for a narrow gauge line.

So there are some new things released here. http://trainz-forge.com/p/new-releases
Some of them I have shown here. I think it's pretty aight; you might give it a download and a run.

Oh, and there is also some new Exposition Flyer pack in the payware section. Maybe check that out too, I dunno.

Looks good! For the SD9, you probably ought to put Ben's name on that as the originator. I reworked the mesh a bit, but started with his model and texture.
