Having trouble downloading your stuff at the DLS...

Hello, got registered just fine and hate to complain on my first post but I can't seem to download any Pencil42 items.

I want the 'Old West Water Tower'
Oranges
Old West General Store.

The DLS says it can't find the URL or it is obsoleted.

Any advice on this???

Rick

Hmmmm..... I'm not sure what the problem is. The link on this site to the water tank did point to an obsolete version, so I fixed that (Thank you!!!!)
However, I don't have a link to the oranges (124060:10005:2) on this site, and I haven't made an Old West General Store yet. The oranges and water tank did download from the DLS for me this evening - maybe some intermittent internet problem?

Let me know if you still have problems, and I'll hunt around more.

Thanks!
Curtis

Just got the water tower but the oranges and hay bales still aren't DLing.

Thanks for the water tower, though...

Looking forward to sharing here.

Rick

PS Got you mixed up with somebody else about the General Store...

Oh, keep the old stuff coming... :D

Sorry for this double post but I just discovered something. The 'Old West' stuff is not DLing but the copy of it is. There are two versions of things at the DLS. I have the non 'Old West' versions, (hay, oranges, etc.) but the 'Old West' versions won't download.

Does that help?

I now have most everything you built.

Thanks,
Rick

That's because the non-old west version replaced the old west version. It's the same thing, but someone else wanted to use those products for some English content, so I renamed it to be more generic. Sorry about the confusion!

Great, glad that's cleared up... :D

Don't know how you did it but that water tank is fantastic!!! It 'plops' on the layout in standard gauge but when I hooked up narrow gauge to it, it automatically converted itself. Amazing! Great work, Curtis.
